ROSEMARY MARINADE

Excellent for BBQ Lamb Steaks.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Chill Time: 1 Hour

Ingredients (makes 1 cup)
  • Rosemary Leaves from 2 Bunches (Stripped from Stem)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 1/2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons of TMG Independents Choice Sunflower Oil
Method
  1. Prepare the rosemary by stripping the leaves from the stems
  2. Combine the rosemary with the zest of 1 lemon, crushed garlic sugar and olive oil.
  3. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper
  4. Rub marinade over lamb steaks, cover and then store for an hour (or overnight)
  5. BBQ the Steaks and voila an easy tasty meal for the weekend.
