CHICKEN CHOY SUM

Fast, easy and full of flavour - with balanced fresh ingedients, this dish can be a complete meal or a healthy snack for the whole family. (Video - David Daniels cooks Asian Vegetables →)

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients (serves 3)
  • 1 bunch Choy Sum (chopped)
  • 1/2 BBQ chicken (chopped)
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 2 ‘cakes’ instant noodles
  • 1 tbs oyster sauce
  • 1 tbs thick Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbs chilli sauceĀ 
Method
  1. Cook & drain noodles.
  2. Heat Some oil in a wok and add the garlic -- cook until fragrant.
  3. Add Choy Sum and cook until the leaves are slightly wilted.
  4. Add sauces & strir through.
  5. Add the noodles & chicken and stir through until heated.
  6. Garnish with chopped chilli and fresh coriander leaves.
