BUK CHOY AND TOFU STIR-FRY

Tofu and Vegetables - the perfect balance.

Preparation Time: 8 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 minutes

Ingredients (serves 4)
  • 250g pack firm tofu
  • 250g Buk Choy
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
  1. Wash & dry the Buk Choy. Shred the leaves and finely cut the stalks.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. Heat oil in a wok and add tofu and Buk Choy stalks. Cook and stir until tender (+/- 5 minutes).
  4. In the mean time, mix together the soy sauce, honey and sesame seeds to make the sauce.
  5. Add the Buk Choy leaves and cook until leaves are slightly wilted (+/- 2 minutes).
  6. Add the sauce and mix well.
  7. Serve immediately.

Delicious with brown rice or with noodles.
